DORGIS aims to combat doping in recreational sport and recreational sport environment, inform, educate and motivate young athletes of 9 to 16 years old, sport teachers/coaches and parents against the use of prohibited drugs and substances that can threaten the athletes’ health and damage the sport integrity. DORGIS aims to encourage and promote Sport Spirit and healthy diet as a counterweight to pro-doping culture using modern Mobile technology and Anti-doping activities on sport grounds.
The project has develop an innovative Anti-doping Game using for the first time Augmented reality technology aiming to clarify the precise nature of risks posed by doping and at the same time promote Sport Ethics and healthy nutrition. For the project have worked experienced staff from all levels of education, sport associations and sport teams from RO, EL, IT, ES, PT, PL & HR.
